Judy Green Ethics Hearing, Midday Update

A hearing on the ethics charges against Louisville Metro Councilwoman Judy Green, D-1, began this morning at 9:30.  She has been charged with wrongdoing, unethical behavior and financial mismanagement in two separate complaints that stem from an audit and a separate police investigation.  WFPL's Phillip M. Bailey has been at the hearing all day, and he took a moment to check in with a live report shortly after 1:00pm during Hear and Now.
