After initially showing a negative balance of $513 at the end of first quarter fundraising, Republican gubernatorial candidate Phil Moffett amended his contribution records to reflect $11,361 on hand.On Wednesday, Moffett's opponent, state Senate President David Williams, mocked the Tea Party backed candidate during a debate in Bowling Green, suggesting Moffett was unfit to deal with the state's budget problems if he was unable to balance his own books.Moffett blamed the numbers on a technical glitch by the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance. The agency pointed the finger back at the Louisville businessman's campaign, however.Moffett faces Williams and Jefferson County Clerk Bobbie Holsclaw in the May 17 primary.
