The Indiana General Assembly resumes Monday, but there's no indication that boycotting House Democrats will end their self-imposed exile in Illinois.The Democrats fled three weeks ago to protest the Republican majority's legislative agenda, including measures dealing with labor unions and education.Republican House Speaker Brian Bosma said Friday after a phone conversation with Democratic Leader Patrick Bauer that he was optimistic that the stalemate could end as early as today. Bauer agreed that the conversation was positive said there were still a lot of unresolved issues. The walkout has left the House unable to conduct most legislative business due to lack of a quorum.
