Three University of Louisville students studying abroad in Japan are reportedly safe following the devastating earthquake and tsunami. The students are studying several miles south of the hardest-hit areas. The two closest are in Osaka. Virginia Hosono is the head of U of L's study abroad program. She says she's spoken with the students' dean."He says right now, everything is fine and it's pretty much business as usual;" reports Hosono "he did warn the students to stay away from the coast and to not go up to Tokyo for any reason."Hosono says the students will remain in Japan.
