Live Music Ordinance Approved for Old Louisville

The Louisville Metro Council has approved an ordinance to allow live music in venues in the western edge of Old Louisville near of 7^th and Oak streets.Councilman David James hopes the ordinance will energize the neighborhood and its local eateries.“It’s just a part of revitalizing Old Louisville" says James, "and making it more business and user friendly to the people that live here.”The ordinance still needs Mayor Greg Fischer’s approval.
