The State of Louisville Real Estate

STATE OF AFFAIRS 01/19/11:  The national housing market of 2010 seems to have slowed it's free fall of the last few years, but

is that true here in Louisville? What were last year's trends in local home sales, construction, and foreclosures? What effect, if any, did the now expired tax credit have on our community's real estate market? What might 2011 hold for prospective home buyers & sellers and will the market get any relief from home foreclosures? We talk with local real estate professionals and economist Uric Dufrene about 2010 and their predictions for the Louisville housing market in 2011.
