The staff at Harbor House of Louisville is making preparations for its signature fundraising event.CEO Maria Smith says it's hoped Saturday's Ken-Ducky Derby and associated festival will generate about more than $200,000 for the organization, which serves developmentally and physically disabled adults. "We help them be employed, develop life skills training and to have a life beyond high school, like you and I want, to be involved and to be part of the community," she said.At 3:00pm Saturday, some 25-thousand rubber ducks will be dumped into the Ohio River for a race and to be drawn for prizes.
