Founding Myths

We all know about Paul Revere and his famous ride, Molly Pitcher, and who chopped down a certain cherry tree. Well, what if you found out Paul Revere was not alone in his quest that night, or that a Molly Pitcher did not actually exist, or that George Washington did not chop down that tree? In his book Founding Myths, Ray Raphael discusses historical figures and the truths (or lack of truth) surrounding them. He joins us Thursday to talk about America's story - debunk the myths that accompany it.
