The City Dividends

It can be difficut to measure the success of a city. Is it employment? Education? Arts? Homeownership? Often success seems to be in the eye of the beholder. But the group CEOs for Cities is trying to quantitify what it means to be a successful city. They have come up with a series of measures called the City Dividends.
