By Rick HowlettThe primary results are in for southern Indiana's General Assembly seats.In the 46th District state Senate race for the seat being vacated by Democrat Connie Sipes, who's retiring, Republican Ron Grooms won his party's nomination to face Democrat Chuck Frieberger in the fall.Republican Rhonda Rhodes was nominated to face Democratic incumbent Paul Robertson in the 70th state House district.Democrat Ryan Bower and Republican Steve Davisson will square off in November for the 73rd District House seat being vacated by Dennie Oxley, Senior because of illness.And Sue Ellsperman won the GOP nomination to face Democratic incumbent Russ Stillwell this fall for the 74th District state House seat.
