By Rick HowlettIndiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller is defending his decision to include the state in a lawsuit challenging the recently-passed federal health care law.Zoeller is joining more than a dozen attorneys general in challenging the law's constitutionality.The Republican says the suit is being misconstrued by some as political posturing and a waste of taxpayer resources."But in fact, i think its a healthy part of the process, so we can ask the questions of the Supreme Court that need to be answered," he said Thursday.Zoeller says those questions include whether it's constitutional to require citizens to purchase insurance and to mandate that states expand health coverage options.He says he's working with the other states to keep legal costs down.
