The brain injury rehabilitation company was founded by James Phifer, who says growing up with a brother with a brain disability gave him inspiration to serve brain-injured clients.“Those dreams were to have a place where a person who had a brain injury could go and find a reason to live, find a purpose, find more than rehabilitation, but find a future," says Phifer.The company provides therapy using an in-house art studio, learning kitchen, hot rod shop and recording studio. Phifer previously opened other locations in Lexington and Ashland, Kentucky and Huntington, West Virginia.The Louisville facility brings about 100 jobs to the area.
