by Stephanie CrosbyDuPont Manual High School will host a forum for Louisville mayoral candidates tomorrow afternoon.Tim Holman is a history and government teacher at the school and is the sponsor of Manual’s Young Democrats club, which is putting on the event with two other clubs. He says they’ve already taken questions from students in the school and have selected the ones most appropriate for the mayoral forum.“What we try and do is make these events as policy-focused and as programmatic-focues as possible, to avoid some of the chatter, the horserace stuff that they see on television or read in the newspapers," says Holman.Candidates who so far have confirmed they will participate are Democrats Greg Fischer, Jim King, David Tandy, Tyler Allen, Lisa Moxley and Shannon White and Republicans Chris Thieneman and Hal Heiner.
