Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels is putting the final touches on his State of the State Address. The goverrnor will deliver the speech Tuesday night to a joint session of the Indiana House and Senate."I'll be thanking the General Assembly for their own work in putting the budget together. I'll be thanking them for the flexibility that they have given us to deal with the shortfalls we've had since that budget," Daniels said.A revenue forecast issued last month predicted the state would take in $1.8 billion less during the current two-year budget cycle than what was originally estimated. That has prompted Daniels to order widespread cuts to close the gap.
