Capital Punishment
It's one of those hot button issues guaranteed to elicit passionate opinions: capital punishment. Opinions differ on nearly everything about the death penalty - whether it deters crime, disproportionately affects the poor and minorities, and costs too much. What if the offender was a juvenile at the time of the crime, or mentally ill? On Monday we'll discuss these and other aspects of the death penalty with proponents and opponents, and ask for your thoughts and questions.
