Using Cognitive Therapy in Weight Loss
Weight-management is an on-going struggle for many and the key to effective weight loss isn’t always as simple as eating better and exercising more. Sometimes it takes a concerted effort to change the way we think in order to change the way we behave with regard to healthy habits. Cognitive therapy has shown success in overcoming hurdles to weight loss by addressing the distorted thinking that feeds an inability to make good choices.
