State of the News
A lawsuit has been brought by a group of JCPS teachers and therapists against the local, state and national teachers' unions and the school board, alleging they're forced to stay in the union against their will. The city has launched a tip line for citizens to report unethical behavior by Metro employees, contractors or suppliers. Governors Beshear and Daniels are seeking stimulus money to finish work on the Big Four Bridge. And speaking of Beshear, you may have heard that his second-in-command was recorded saying some things about him that weren't exactly complimentary.
