Leaders of Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield have a meeting scheduled today in hopes of resolving their ongoing dispute.Norton terminated its contract with Anthem July 1, citing what it said were problems with claims processing and other issues. Anthem says Norton wanted to raise its rates to an unreasonable level.Norton agreed at the time to allow Kosair Children's Hospital to temporarily remain in its network, but the company announced Friday that Anthem members would be charged full rates at Kosair starting January 1.Anthem said yesterday that it would reimburse members for the extra costs.Anthem has about 300,000 customers in the Louisville area.
