The Leadership Louisville organization has kicked off what it calls a social experiment that's the first of its kind in this area. It's called the Leadership Louisville Connector Project."We call them connectors because of the Malcolm Gladwell book, The Tipping Point, where he identifies people who are connectors, as providing that super glue in an organization or community, said Chris Johnson, president of the Leadership Louisville Center. Now Johnson's group wants to gather the "connectors" to brainstorm and help shape policy in the community. She says they can come from any background or community sector. Those who want to nominate a "connector" should visit the Louisville Connectors websiteby October 31.
