Employers & Employees in Uncertain Economic Times
Layoffs are becoming all too commonplace as more businesses and nonprofits are forced to tighten their belts in the current economy. The dismal memos, office rumors and, yes, those dreaded pink slips, can create a very uncomfortable work environment for employers and employees alike.
