What Makes a Great Horse Trainer?
It takes a small army, it seems, to get a racing horse in shape to run in the Kentucky Derby and other prestigious races. The lynchpin of that team is the trainer. He or she is responsible for the horse's behavior on the track; which means wins, losses, and everything that happens in-between. On Wednesday we'll learn what exactly a racing horse trainer does, and what makes a trainer great, by looking at some famous trainers.
