A soldier from Lebanon Junction, Kentucky has been killed in Iraq.The Department of Defense says 24 year old Army Staff Sergeant Gary Woods, Junior and four other soldiers died April 10 when their military vehicle was struck by an explosives-laden vehicle in a suicide bombing.Funeral arrangements for Staff Sergeant Woods are pending.Governor Steve Beshear has ordered that flags on all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff on the day of Woods' funeral.
