Chief Justice of the United States John Roberts will visit the University of Louisville later this month.Roberts will speak on April 18 as part of the U of L McConnell Center lecture series. After some opening remarks, he'll take part in a panel discussion.The event was originally set for last fall but was delayed by Roberts because of a scheduling conflict.All of the tickets for the 10:00am talk, in the Cardinal Arena at the Swain Student Activities Center, have been distributed, but it will be streamed live on the McConnell Center's website.
Rick Howlett was midday host and the host of LPM's weekly talk show, "In Conversation." He was with LPM from 2001-2023 and held many different titles, including Morning Edition host, Assignment Editor and Interim News Director. He died in August 2023. Read a remembrance of Rick here.
