An Update on Louisville's Air
It’s been just over six months since Lauren Anderson took over as executive director of the Air Pollution Control District, the agency responsible for developing emissions standards and monitoring air quality for the Louisville Metro area. Since then, we’ve seen continuing complaints about air pollution in Rubbertown, proposed changes to the STAR program, and environmental collaboration at last month’s Green Convene. This Wednesday we’ll check in with Anderson and see what improvements have been made and what future changes are planned, in a conversation about the state of Louisville’s air.
