One of the developers of the Museum Plaza project in downtown Louisville says his team remains "as committed as ever" to completing the $490 million project.Craig Greenberg discussed the project Thursday during an appearance before the Louisville Metro Council's Labor and Economic Development Committee.Ground was broken on the 62 story complex at Eighth Street and River Road in late 2007, but construction has been delayed by high financing costs related to the national credit crisis. Some Metro Council members have raised concerns about the delay, including whether recent liens filed against the developers by contractors could jeopardize city-owned property at the site.Greenberg says he doesn't know exactly when construction might resume, but the developers are working to secure affordable financing for project.
