Police have cancelled an Ambert Alert issued Friday when a two-year-old Frankfort girl's father failed to return the child from an unsupervised visit.Authorities say Breanna Woodside and her 30 year old father, MIles Woodside, were found Tuesday by the FBI in Monterrey, Mexico. Woodside had also contacted relatives to tell them the child was safe.Police had broadened their search for the child to include Alabama and Chattanooga, Tennessee, where Woodside's car was found Tuesday morning.
Rick Howlett was midday host and the host of LPM's weekly talk show, "In Conversation." He was with LPM from 2001-2023 and held many different titles, including Morning Edition host, Assignment Editor and Interim News Director. He died in August 2023. Read a remembrance of Rick here.
