Kentucky Auditor Crit Luallan says managers at Lexington's Bluegrass Airport rang up more than half a million dollars in questionable expenses over a three year period.Luallan released a 256-page audit Wednesday of expenditures by former airport executive director Michael Gobb and other managers, some of which she called "shameful.""Cigars, lavish gifts, excessive travel, limosine service, expensive toys, personal clothing, concerts, sporting and special events, liquor and numerous meals in the Lexington area for employees," Luallan said.Luallan also said there was lack of oversight by the airport's board.Gobb and three of his managers resigned earlier this year amid the spending probe.Luallan says her audit will be turned over to law enforcement authorities for a criminal investigation.
