The Kentucky Farm Bureau is taking its annual trip to the nation’s capital this week. About 210 members of the organization will meet with all of the state’s six House members and two senators.KFB spokesperson Joe Cain says the trip typically takes place this time of year."It’s a little bit of a slack time at the farm, so it allows folks to be able to get away, and be able to come up and visit with these officials," he says. Cain says they’ll likely discuss the implementation of the farm bill, as well as health care and labor issues.
