Changes in the Americans with Disabilities Act

Signed into law in 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Act was intended to make the US a more accessible place for people with disabilities. But as its enforcement trickled through the court system, it became clear to many that the ADA didn't cast a wide enough net. Recent changes were an effort to fix that; for example, the ADA now covers episodic illnesses that only flair up and cause impairment occasionally. Join us on Monday to learn what other changes were made and the impact it’s expected to have in the workplace.
