Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear is in the nation’s capital for tomorrow’s Presidential Inauguration. The Governor says it’s an exciting occasion."To be here in Washington, D.C. and witness this inauguration is very special," says Beshear. "It’s obviously an historic time, when the first African-American person in our history is going to be President of the United States, it is also a time that it seems to be bringing everybody together."Beshear and his wife Jane have an early start tomorrow."We will be going very early in the morning to a breakfast that the National Governor’s Association is sponsoring," says Beshear, "then they will take all the governors and spouses to the Capitol where I believe they have a room or two set aside for us until we get closer to time for the ceremonies to begin at 11:30."The Beshears also will participate in the Bluegrass Ball tonight – which will included a tribute to Muhammad Ali.
