Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson will be among 13 mayors sharing the stage Thursday with President-Elect Barack Obama as he announces the details of his economic stimulus plan.Abramson says he hasn’t heard all of the specifics of the plan, but he assumes it will deal mostly with infrastructure investment.“I think there are an awful lot of Nobel Prize-winning economists, including the most recent Nobel Prize-winner Paul Krugman who feels strongly that this is the way to go and it’s got to be bold and it’s got to be swift or we will be teetering on double-digit unemployment in this country within the next six to eight months," he says.Abramson was among several mayors who traveled to Chicago late last year to meet with Obama’s transition team. The mayor gave the president-elect a list of local infrastructure projects totaling $600 million.
