The University of Louisville football team hopes to become bowl eligible this week with a win over 22nd ranked Cincinnati.The longtime rivals will meet for the 48th time Friday night at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.U of L coach Steve Kragthorpe says the Bearcats are coming off a strong defensive effort against West Virginia."The thing they're not doing is giving up big plays. They've done an excellent job of not giving up big plays and making people drive the ball. They've got a good secondary," Kragthorpe said.The Cards have won the last five meetings of the two teams, who now vie annually for the Keg of Nails trophy. Louisville is 5-4 on the season, with three games remaining.
