From Kentucky Public Radio's Tony McVeighTwo of Kentucky’s constitutional officers are teaming up to prevent voter fraud in the November 4th presidential election. Secretary of State Trey Grayson wants to clear-up three things about the upcoming election: You cannot videotape yourself voting, the presidential race is included in a straight ticket vote, and yes, you can wear campaign buttons to the polls, but election officials would rather you didn't."Because what we’re worried about is an incident being created at the polls. Because of confusion about the law, a voter could perhaps be intimidated, or any of those reasons. Our advice is to not even put yourself in that situation. There are plenty of other times on election day where you can be proud about your candidate," Grayson said.Grayson and Attorney General Jack Conway are teaming up to make sure it’s a clean election. Conway says if you see anything suspicious, call the voter fraud hotline at 1-800-328-VOTE.
