Eventually, 100,000 kids will be enrolled at 105 sites around the country, and followed by researchers from before birth until the age of 21. 1000 of those kids will come from Jefferson County. National Domestic Violence Awareness MonthOctober is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and Louisville's Center for Women and Families is participating in numerous events in the region as part of the observance. World Hunger Relief ProgramLouisville-based Yum! Brands has announced a renewal of its effort to fight hunger in Louisville and around the world.
