175th Anniversary of St. Vincent de Paul Society
St. Vincent de Paul is celebrating 175 years of service to some of the world’s neediest citizens. And for the past 155 years we’ve been lucky enough to have them right here in Louisville. St. Vincent de Paul of Louisville provides services such as an overnight emergency shelter, a soup kitchen, a clothes closet, four thrift stores, alcohol and drug rehabilitation, veterans assistance, numerous life-skills classes (smoking cessation, budgeting, etc.), and intensive one-on-one case management for people after they leave the residential program. Join us as we discuss St. Vincent de Paul’s history, mission and vision both here and internationally.
