Beshear Still Won't Back Obama

From Kentucky Public Radio's Tony McVeigh Barack Obama has declared himself the democratic nominee for president, but Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear still isn't ready to endorse the Illinois senator. Beshear, a Democratic superdelegate, has been courted by both the Obama and Hillary Clinton campaigns, but has been reluctant to endorse either candidate. What if Clinton finally concedes?"Well, if she concedes, then we only have one candidate, obviously. But I don’t know at this point what she may or may not do," said Beshear.Clinton easily carried Kentucky in the May primary, and many of her supporters are clamoring for an Obama-Clinton ticket in the fall.
