Because of Bowman Field, we're used to seeing smaller airplanes in the skies above Louisville. They’re often used by hobbyists for recreational flying, but they can also play an important role in connecting small businesses and rural areas to the rest of the world. This Wednesday, we'll learn more about small plane aviation, and how some new FAA rules may affect flying in Kentucky.
