Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear says he's not giving up on his push for expanded gaming in the Commonwealth.Legislation that would allow citizens to vote by constitutional amendment on whether to legalize casino gambling never got much traction in this year's General Assembly.It died after clearing a House committee.
