Dangerous dogs are always in the news in Louisville. Even if there haven't been any incidents lately, the saga of the so-called "dangerous dog ordinance" ensures it's never far from people's minds. But even if a dog isn't aggressive, their other, more minor misbehaviors can have catastrophic effects, often for the dog itself - research by the National Council on Pet Population Study & Policy suggests that almost half of all dogs & cats surrendered to animal shelters are given up because of problems with their behavior.The Kentucky Humane Society recently launched a to promote the behavioral training classes; they offer.
