For thew 40th anniversary Bob Marley & The Wailer's Exodus LP, oldest son Ziggy Marley wanted to offer something more than the usual remaster and repackage edition. So he went back to the tapes and found tons of material that was never used in the final release. With those previously unheard sounds, Marley was able to create an alternate version of the reggae classic, giving fans a new, fresh way to listen to the album. Ziggy spoke with Kyle Meredith about the process, and how he's incorporating those songs into his own sets this summer.
