Macy Gray's newest record is a laid back, jazzy affair called Stripped, where she re-imagines some of her own catalog (yes, "I Try" is one of the songs), as well as other artists. Nothing is off the table, not even Metallica. As you'll hear, her version of "nothing Else Matters" sits as comfortably in a late night jazz club as it does in the metal stadiums.
