Portland,OR rock band Summer Cannibals took their name from a song by Patti Smith, which may give you a hint of their influences. Their third album ‘Full Of It’ on Kill Rock Stars, is a tirade of pure anarchic rock ‘n’ roll that smacks you round the chops and invades your ears. A noise so large and fuzzy it will leave a ringing in your brain. Led by guitarist/vocalist Jessica Boudreaux, the band is often compared to late 90's Sleater-Kinney.
