Sabrina: The Paws Report, Jan. 27

Today on The Paws Report at 3:30:

Meet three-year-old Sabrina, a sweet and petite feline looking for her place in the sunshine. This adorable, six pound girl came to the Kentucky Humane Society from an overcrowded shelter with no room for poor Sabrina. Now she’s looking for a family where she’ll fit in perfectly! Sabrina is definitely a lover, not a fighter. She enjoys snuggling up in her human’s arms and will even give you hugs if you ask politely. She’s playful too! Being the size of a kitten has its benefits, and Sabrina loves taking advantage of all of them. She’ll burrow down into her blankets to get warm and will squeeze herself into any nearby box or bed. While Sabrina loves spending time with everyone at the shelter, she truly misses having a family of her own. Her ideal home would be with a family who will let her run and play, but will be ready to snuggle when the time comes for it. Do you have the time and desire to give this feline a second chance at life? Sabrina is spayed, micro-chipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Come visit her today at the Kentucky Humane Society's Main Campus, 241 Steedly Drive in Louisville. Learn about all our adoptable pets at www.kyhumane.org or call 502-366-3355.

The Kentucky Humane Society is assisting the Derby Dinner Playhouse in a casting call for their musical production, Legally Blonde. One of our canine behavior trainers will be assessing local dogs for the roles of “Bruiser,” a Chihuahua, and “Rufus,” a Bulldog. Local dogs and their owners will be at the casting call on Saturday, January 30, 10 a.m. till noon.
