The Star for The Paws Report today at 3:30pm:
Chopper is a Jack Russell terrier mix who has been looking for his forever home since October. We’re not sure why it is taking so long: Chopper is a smart dog who knows all sorts of commands, such as sit, wait, down, come and how to walk well on a leash. He’s also crate trained and appears to be house broken. He absolutely loves tennis balls and is happiest when a human plays “fetch” with him. Chopper is a fit dog who would love to have an active person to live with – and he wouldn’t mind a dog sibling either. Chopper is affectionate and bonds strongly to his people. Chopper recently graduated from the Kentucky Humane Society’s P.R.O.U.D. (Prisoner Rehabilitation of Untrained Dogs) program, so he enjoys clicker training. Come meet Chopper at the Kentucky Humane Society’s Main Campus, 241 Steedly Drive, or call 502-366-3355 for more information. View all adoptable pets at www.kyhumane.org.
