Known at one point for blending hip hop and reggae while wearing traditional Hasidic garb, Matisyahu has transformed himself once again by going back to basics and offering acoustic versions of tracks from his album Spark Seeker on a new EP. He performed two songs in our studio while in town for a gig at the Brown. He also brought Levi Robin, his opening act, with him.
