Luther has a snaggle tooth-er: The Paws Report

Luther is a four-year-old Pug/Chihuahua mix looking for the perfect human mate! He is a member of the Little Dog License Program at the Kentucky Humane Society in order to help build his confidence and improve behavior, but seems to be making great progress! Luther’s new best friend will just need to be patient with him and continue his positive reinforcement behavior modification routine in his new home.
