How much time does an artist need to place between the first single and the record? For The Radio Dept., basically a year. Last May, they wowed the web audience with a track called David and it's taken till now to get a 2nd peak of their forthcoming Clinging to a Scheme. What was the band doing all this time? Apparently just working on it, so we should expect a masterpiece, right? Probably not so much.
