Its only beena few months since E dropped the new Eels disc to plenty of favorable reviews. His latest surprise came a couple weeks ago that he had already recorded the followup and plan to get it out as soon as January, and sure enough, over the weekend we got our first lookinto what is apparently a very private, personal disc for E. One that, so far, he has made clear that he won't be talking about. The disc is called End Times and from it, this first single. Here is Eels with Little Bird on The Daily Feed.

One of the coolest songs to come out this year was from Kyp Malone (TV On The Radio) under his solo name, Rain Machine. He's finally released a video that gets crazier as it goes along. I think this happened to me once at a hotel in Gary, Indiana.
