How often are going to say, hey here's something new from Jack White that's not a White Stripes record? Its like he and the dudes from The Strokes are seeing who can go the longest, most confusing route to a new album by their main gig. Though this time, the rules are a bit different. The new track released this week by White doesn't have a band attached to it at all. As reported by Stereogum, the track was "written on the spot ... at the request of film director Davis Guggenheim while filming the incredible new guitar documentary It Might Get Loud."
