Its a good time to be a Death Cab For Cutie fan. Not only did they release a critically acclaimed record last year and followed it up with a near year spanning tour, but now we get word of a new E.P. The fine folks at Stereogum have been given the privalege of releasing a track a day leading up to the commercial release on the 31st. And the results have been instant and unanimous with web kids proclaiming these set of songs to be worlds ahead of the LP from which they were cut, which makes one wonder why its taken till now for them to see the light of day with their much more pop driven and hook laden formulas.
